Hello and welcome to Jersey Coast Rentals Control Panel Tutorial. If you are an agent or owner looking to update your properties in our system, we will briefly go over all the features we have in our control panel. At any time feel free to request information by submitting a support ticket or emailing info@jerseycoastrentals.com.
First, to login to our control panel, please locate our homepage by clicking on the JerseyCoastRentals.com at the top of the screen or selecting the link rental search on the right hand side of the lighthouse. Once you are on the homepage, you will see our login and password located at the top right section of the page shown in Figure 1. If you forget your password, you can supply your Email ID Login and your password will be sent to your email address. You can also see that if you have not signed up you have the ability to register your property from this section as well.
Once you have logged in, you need to agree to our terms and conditions and then you will be brought to a screen displaying the Home Page Editor in addition to 6 links displayed on your left as shown in Figure 2. These links include: Home Page Editor, Manage Listings, Image Manager, Lead Manager, Pay-Per-Click Ads and the Availability Calendar.
The Home Page Editor is a page with general information about your company including description, contact information, website address, etc.
The Manage Listings is where you create and manage your rental properties, Figure 3. In this section you are able to update any of the essential information you may want to include in your rental property.
The Image Manager allows you to select a property you have already created in the Manage Listings and add up to 10 images for each rental property you are listing, Figure 4.
The Lead Manager keeps track of all the leads you receive through Jersey Coast Rentals. You can break down the leads based on month or an individual property.
The Pay-Per-Click Ads are live but still being tested and adjusted.
The Availability Calendar allows owners or agents to show the pricing and availability of there property. If you are an agent listing several properties, we are able to link each property to a static page as long as the page meets specific regulations.
